Seeking Games that involve corrupting and taking over areas(city/university/school) with a lot of characters

So I wanted to know if there were more games that involved slowly taking over an area like a town, university or school by corrupting the residents by making them slaves or through maledom. I mean games like Corruption by Mr.C(fits what I am looking for almost too perfectly ), or Take Over sort of stuff preferably with more scenes that Take Over. Or games that involve heavy corruption again similar to Corruption.
Preferably in Renpy, but RPGM,Unity and HTML is also fine.

iNSight of you (sort of, it's focused on one character and taking over MC's company, but it is indeed heavy corruption. Think Dimitria in Take Over, but much more involved.)

I have played Lord King and iNSight of you they are good. As for the others i will check them out. Thank you
