Family Trouble has something like this, wherein the MC's nephew get's sissified by the MC and the nephew ends up turning into a girl/sissified. Dev Gothgirlgames can confirm/clarify further if needed.bump, because i'm curious, it's seems it is always the protagonist being feminized
Family trouble is in my playing list at the moment, but didn't get too much far in it, but thanks for replying.
Just remembered that hoping for a bright future has some of this.
