Only 2 games come to mind

1. Apocalyptic World - generalized images can be imported, based off of different status's (white, asain, black, trans) then can go into different areas(dugeon, bedroom, generalized.), and also allows girl packs, this can be imported and new images, and not just replacing images.

2. Brothel King - Girl packs, allowing very ease of importing, and ease of event making, but slows down very quickly with more than 50+ girl packs.

i understand there are games like TiTs and Strive, where you can import sprites but im not to intrested in that.

Not a h-game perse but uncraft world you can replace the default anime babes with whatever image you want once you reach the end, its a platformer game with various degrees of difficulty but fun to play and rewarding
