Nothing to add, I am looking for games where a female character, preferably the MC is transformed into futa.

https://f95zone.to/threads/naked-ambition-v0-81-apollo-seven.50358/ you have to jump through some hoops and may not be able to do it in every playthrough due to RNG. iirc you need to get rid of the Vizier as advisor by making sure MC refuses all his training. Don't allow any Lust cards, and make sure at least one Aggressive card is available for the final confrontation with the Vizier after the spring festival, hopefully it'll be drawn. Also allow the nomads to stay. Then you get a new advisor and this leads to the TF route. You might need a Cheerful card to start it, but I can't recall for sure.
