Looking for games where you can turn teammates or NPC into equipment a party member can wear or use, either through fanny packing or meat shielding or maybe even some petrification/forniphilia play like in Archipelago's work.

Odyssey of Gianna, you can turn your companion into crystals (in a abandoned mansion) that can put into statues, then into swords or rings (with the help of a brainwashed Egyptian related boss that moves to an unlockable house in the forest to the left of the starting kingdom), and they can also be turned into dice later on inside a phantom train bia a boss battle. There is not much in the way of "sexual" things related to the items but recommended nonetheless if you like TFs and story
Labyrinth of the forgotten goddess, there are no sword people or ring people or dice people but plainly speaking you can magically turn living things into dildos and interact with them or use them on others, it's also possible to make them into underwear but I wasn't able to find a way to do it on demand but luring them into scattered trap. There is no story aside from little quests and interactions so don't go looking for lore when playing this one.
