Specifically I'm looking for VN's (RenPY) where the Male MC has a lot of girls who want/admire him in which he has to chose one or it ends in an harem/multiple girls. I guess I'm trying to say games like Being a Dik, WVM where this applies.

OP, I’d say Desert Stalker, Hot Sand of Antarctica, Long Road Home, MIST, and (though I haven’t played it in a while, so I’m not 100% sure) Once in a Lifetime might have some of what you’re looking for.
Kind of what I was trying to say where you can have affection from the LIs the whole time, in which we can see it and how its still present in forms of jealousy, etc. even when choosing specific LI's or between girls in Harems.

Here are my recommendations, I'll try to order them from what I believe to be the most to least representative of your request:
Game of Hearts - I've only just started playing this game but it's taken me completely by surprise. The writing is really good and you definitely feel that the girls are in love with the MC. If you play nothing else from this list play this one. Full disclosure, (I think) I'm still early on in my playthrough.
Edit: I've come back to add a note about this game. The more I play the more I'm not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for.
Mist - Someone else mentioned this game above but I'd still like to note it's a good pick. You feel that the girls have genuine affection for the MC.
House in Rift - The girls take some time to warm up to you (understandably), but as you progress with the game you can feel their affection to MC.
Hero's Harem Guild - Generic harem game. Nothing too special. You feel as though the girls fall in love with the MC as the game goes on.
Paradise Lust - Has lots of moments especially later on as you progress with each of the girls. Each of the girls really do end up falling for MC. Generic harem game.
Neko Paradise - If you're in to Cat Girls this is a good pick. Warm/affectionate relationships with each of the girls.
Harem Hotel - Another generic harem game where you build relationships with a variety of girls throughout the game. Writing is ok. Probably the weakest of my recommendations for this specific request, but that's not to say that it doesn't fit.
