I don’t have any in the engine you mentioned, but I have a LOT of romance games (including rpg romance)
*List is limited since if there’s any rape or ntr I just don’t play it.*

Check my ‘ultimate vanilla list’ for detailed reviews and a lot more games than I remember, but here are a few:

Love & Corruption: NOT a corruption game, but instead a VERY long rpg with romance in it. It takes a while to both playthrough the game and develop a relationship with the girls as their stories are really unique and the romance is actually realistic and makes sense

Teaching Feeling, 1Room, MDRG, My Maid Dreams of Electric Sheep: Lumping all of these into one category (headpat simulators) but they’re all super unique. All contain romance that you have to work for and they’re all super cute.
