You mean actually audibly talk, not just in text I'm guessing. It's all in Japanese but Sealed Room Breed 2, think the first game and SoldGirl Town too.

The girl in Kankin Shoujo/Restraint Girl Reunion talks a lot. There are other Kankin Shoujo games but that one is easiest to play, as they're completely Japanese but that one has the simplest gameplay.

If you don't mind going more loli, Abducted Girl and Loli Kidnap.
