Basically what it says in the title- its a huge kink of mine and i dont think I've ever seen a game that has that in it, outside of games like Strive for Power, where you can just fill in other characters' relationships to the mc and the game auto-generates random sex scenes and shit. I also know Sexy Mad Science has two brother characters that can fuck, but that game is such a vague, buggy mess that I spent hours and hours playing without figuring out how to trigger that stuff.
So, looking more specifically for a game with some kind of narrative, even an incredibly loose one, with brother/brother content, preferably involving the player character. Idk why I've never run into anything like this, it isn't like there's no smut in that genre out there, but idk! Really hopeful/excited to hear any recommendations y'all might have!
