Seeking Games where the MC Brainwashes others and changes their personality or Vice Versa

Looking for if there's any games where the player character has the power of mind control, and uses it to influence characters actions, or to drastically shift their personality so that they act/do things they typically wouldn't (eg: brainwashing them into believing they're madly in love with the MC and such)

Something kinda like Mind Control I think, though I didn't play much of it because the grammar and way the characters spoke was just unnatural.

(Not strictly looking for just the MC being the mind controller either as stated. Games with the MC being the one brainwashed are also welcome).

The mental changes are pretty linear though, with mostly determined outcomes (leading to a corruption ending with some scene variations). Be prepared for a long JRPG though, the gameplay is not fluff.

Star knightess puts me off for the fact that it seems like you actually have to put in alot of work into the gameplay, but thanks for the recs.

Its not a straight up superpower but Loser has a take on this. The idea is you gradually encourage specific interests to eventually cause greater personality shifts to different archetypes. (Disclaimer: while I like the overall premise, I personally am not crazy with the look of the actual gameplay and tend to cheat, so I can't comment on how fun it is to actually play). Also Dev swaps between Loser and Superpowered so development can feel a little slow at times
