Seeking Games where the NPCs can genuinely fall in love you?

Looking for recommendations. Only one off the top of my head is Inheritance.

When I look under the romance tag I mostly find super shitty renpy visual novels. I don’t really like visual novels in general, usually play HTML games.

Do you mean something like random NPC's falling in love with you if you pester them enough, or are games with a single heroine focus also fine?

For "single heroine" focus where you go stranger to romance, I think cohabitation games are the best and here's a few:

depends on where you draw the line for "NPC".

like I am currently playing Menasphere of Inverted Dreams (rpgm) and there are so far two characters who do not become main characters/LI/part of the team, but have sex and fall in love with MMC and remain recurring characters (you can visit them, have more sex).
