MvS is basically a VN with some resources to manage through decisions, and very light trainer elements. KoD is a VN with sparse gameplay (combat, money management). The text-based games have proper gameplay, either strategy/management (Free Cities) or RPG. THC is a JRPG, so is Succulence but the combat elements may be pretty lightweight.
I assume you don't know of any that have very interactive gameplay? RPGs and VNs aren't really my thing.

Strive and FoC have interactive sex scenes with optional femdom, albeit text-only and with generated characters. Same for LT, except some of the characters are actually written. There's also KP, which has turn-based battlefuck and visuals, but the femdom is a bit questionable. The dialogue can be dom (if MC has much more Sadism than Masochism) but the acts are basically the same.
For lezdom, Unholy Arts has text-based interactive sex with written characters.
