RPGM games are preferred but basically what I'm looking for is a game where either the protagonist or NPCs can be raped and suffer from PTSD afterwards. There are so many games where they get raped and then act like it's just a tiny nuisance. But are there any games where there is a clear effect on the character except for suddenly enjoying it and becoming a slut?

Corrupted Saviors. The whole game is basically about traumatizing superheroines and breaking them psychologically so they'll go on to hurt each other and others, become more promiscuous and violent, and generally corrupt the purity that powers them.

In Nymphomania Priestess there's a trauma meter for your companion when she's raped during combat by the enemy (like a goblin), the higher the meter the companion will get debuffs against that specific enemy that rapes her and when its full she just refuses to fight and cowers down from fear. And her face becomes more terrified the higher trauma is.
