I'm thinking more of the "you have 24 hours left to live" kind of thing.. Whether the world is going to end or you are. Where all the rules go out the window. Obviously I'd prefer something a bit more NSFW but does anybody know if a game like this exists?
I'd want it to not be a visual novel and actually a game where you move around.
A good example would be Meteor 60 Seconds, but it doesn't really have sexy stuff just kissing.
