Seeking Games where you can change how the mc looks ?

I'm looking for games that you can change most of the aspects of the mc, like hair, face, color, height, and so on.
There's a lot of games I like but the thing that bothers me the most is how bland the mc usually looks, would be nice to find some games where I can customize the mc to look however I want.

The Fixer is one of the best imo for this request. Not only is there a lot of customization you can change pretty much when you want. There may be a resource cost associated I can't remember precisely.

You can achieve that in CoC2 and TiTS, nearly limitless customization if you have save editor.
IF you want with some visuals, then Lust Doll.
