I have a huge thing for this type of game.

Basically any game at all that lets you alter the characters you romance. Changing clothes, customising breast size etc.

Off the top of my head, the examples are:
Labrats 2(with mod)
Witch Trainer Silver

Fairy Picturebook maybe. You can buy a lot of different (and pricey) clothes wigs etc, also the food you feed to the girls effects their breast size height etc. It's a very grindy rpg though both the combat and sex, also the graphic style isn't for everyone.
