Seeking Games where you can set wardrobes like lab rats

Hi all. Like the title says im looking for games with wardrobe customization for npc's like lab rats 2. Do you guys have some games that i should check out?

Can't think of any for randomly-generated NPCs. Though some trainers have wardrobe options for story characters, e.g. Witch Trainer.

Other examples that I liked were mystwood manor, four elements trainer, rogue like evolution

Fairly generic game but good wardrobe game is "Life with a slave" ~ free ( it's like a reverse pet trainer ).
Edit: also, Girlvania is a one-time purchase game with 1 DLC (additional clothes) ~ decent graphics
& also, with bad graphics there's X-moon/Xstoryplayer. ~ really old but does have VR compatibility.
