Seeking Games where you could be executed

I'm searching for games where FC could do something or maybe even nothing bad and be executed. It can be gameplay mechanic or some of bad ends. I'm preferably searching for RPG games.

• The Book of Bondmaids - if MC makes wrong decisions, his hot and crazy necromancer partner can suddenly turn him into a zombie a bit later - Game End. Other dangers as well.

And, you know, there's a game with not much of hentai content, but with lots, lots of deaths - and it's very cool and highly replayable. Maybe that's what you really need.
