I'm sure there's a name for this fetish but I don't know what it is. Basically I'm looking for games where girls act like a mother figure and "take care" of you (including sexually). The idea is that the player character is babied and treated as too incompetent to take care of himself, so the girl(s) have to suck him off or breastfeed him whenever he gets horny, etc. The player character doesn't have to actually be incompetent, but just the girls treat him like he is (i.e., a mother that is too overbearing or an older sister who's super obsessed with her baby brother, etc)
I'm pretty sure this is a pretty common fetish but the communities I've seen for it tend to focus around weird shit like diapers and baby bibs and pacifiers. I'm not looking for any of the fetishistic stuff like baby equipment or baby talk, only the relationship dynamic that comes with a super nurturing mother that takes care of your sexual needs at any time.
