Do you know any porn games where you start as an obese, shy guy and during the game you get visibly fitter and more confident?

I don't know if there were any threads like this (I just didn't know what to search), but if was I would appreciate link.

I would like to see something like this, or a way I can improve the MC body (science, magic) over time. However, this probably wont be an a game that uses cgi since they would have to remake the art scenes or have a strict design so you your railroaded down a certain path so your forced to do it so as not to interfere with the art assets. Still, would love something like that.
