Seeking Games where you make an heir/multiple heirs and play as royalty

I'd prefer a female protagonist, but regardless, I like games that have a heavy focus on pregnancy.
I know this exists, but it is, ironically enough, more of a stat management game with no/little pregnancy CGs. I'd also like it so that the game doesn't "end" when you have one single heir, or has a corruption element...

tbh if this doesn't really exist, I may end up just making it lmao
