This is probably a decent example of what I'm looking for. I'm guessing there probably isn't much though, that's like two tags to look through and there isn't really anything to go for.

I wouldn't really call The Depravity of a Lewd Vampire a femdom. More like a female protagonist who is a nymphomaniac who can magically defeat enemies by having sex.

The Guide to Being Assertive is closer to a proper femdom. You start as a submissive and meek male MC who is transformed into a dominant female/futa/trans (you can choose) as the story progresses. Your goal then is to seduce and dominate the people in your life including those that previously looked down on you. Sadly after the great intro the sandbox part of the game is pretty barebones and grindy right now. Of course this might not be what you had in mind when you said "femdom".

No rape, it's more like harassment until MC becomes horny enough to give in (her desires reach thresholds that unlock specific sex acts). After a few times doing a sex act that way, MC can initiate it herself, and if she's significantly more sadistic than maso, the dialogue will have a femdom flavor. And " the MC charms men into lewding her and draining themselves completely dry" is a good description of what happens, sex is a viable way to win the fights. As for modding, you can change values in the game files (e.g. to give enemies specific sex moves or give MC abilities) or download someone else's modified files.

Because many of the sex scenes with the MC she's actually the one being dominated. The MC only won those fights/scenes literally because magic. I put this in the same category as "she's not a Loli because she's actually a million years old!" gimmick. I mean if it works for you then all the power to you but personally I can't consider a game where the enemies fuck the female MC like crazy then POOF the MC won to be femdom.

This is the same reason I also can't consider Karryn's Prison to be femdom except maybe if you exclusively go for Footjob. But during my time with the release version I can't even get Nerds to initiate the footjobs first lol.

It's a shame, too. Intro is some of the best I've ever played, pictures are great (there's new ones), but there seems to still be no sex scenes, it's excessively grindy and the grind dulls the experience, narrative and characters.
