I have no idea what genre it would be called, or really how to explain it, but basically a game like Insexity, where I play as a female, can wear different kinds of clothes, walk around town, let random men cover me in cum, fuck random dudes, and basically just be a massive slut as I see fit.
I have played Lily in the Valley, and it's alright, just WAY too grindy. ANyone know of any games like what I want that does not involve hours of grinding?

Both from the same developers, Treasure Hunter Clair and Leanna's Slice of Life. Leanna's starts off a bit more slow compared to Clair, but both have your character being a full on nympho that literally beg for cock by the end. Both also let you walk in public naked once they are perverted enough, if you're into that.

And while you can't find it here, you'll need to go to hentaibedta to find it in English because this site doesn't allow it because it's literally a lolicon game, Succubus Anzu is also great for letting you play as mega slit. She's a succubus, so she loves sex and gets power from it. So, of course, she literally lets herself get "raped" all the time and is more than happy to fuck everything that has a penis. Because of that, she never feels vulnerable even in instances where normally you'd fear for your character, she can get raped for 15 hours straight by a tentacle monster and be fine right afterwards (and enjoyed it the whole time). Also, she too can go everywhere naked, but you don't need to raise her lewdness stat since she's basically as perverted and lewded as anyone can be before the game even starts. But if you don't like loli, this particular game won't interest you. Clair and Leanna's games should definitely appeal though, little to no loli in those.

The "referata" page is incredibly slow and unstable, no idea whether hosting, DOS or genuine traffic. For this reason you should save the targets of all those download links directly in case you need a fresh copy.

RE:OP look for anything denoted a "corruption" game. Those based on RPGM or Wolf RPG Editor usually tend to include the ability to walk around naked though costume variety and reactions to them are hit-or-miss. If you don't hate starting out with a "boyfriend" Sword Princess Cistina comes to mind. With most of these you can test the "corruption" mechanic fairly quickly: hang around "noob cave" or the first town and see if there are any repeatable encounters, if there are any you should be able to max out your lewdness within a few minutes of skipping.

Read the date that I posted that reply. It was in March, and the translated version came out in April. How on earth did I not realize that a new version would be coming out in the next month? Silly me. /s

Sorry, I was aiming at current/future readers because "netty" has not updated their archive to the newer release and supposedly went AWOL according to HF. No idea who if anyone will provide future prepatched versions though.

There are prepatched versions that more up to date on HF somewhere, there's also a gitgud.io link now that their original compiling site got nuked.
