Seeking Games where you repeat actions that become lewder each time

A good example of what I am looking for is Cohabitation
Basically games where ther are different actions to do through the day but each days or so those actions become lewder and lewder
For example you help a girl doing her homework,then after doing it 2 or 3 times you can put your hand on her shoulder/then on her back/then on her ass... and so on and so forth

Rogue-Like: Evolution This game is great. The girls get addicted to your touch and as you raise their stats they'll let you go a little further each time. Play vanilla for a slower (sometimes grindy) game, and play the Prime Mod for a faster paced game (girls progress too fast imo). I wish there were some balance between the two.

The Headmaster (maybe) You're running a disciplinary school for girls. At first you can't do much but watch another teacher spank them, but as the game progresses you're allowed to strip them, touch them, or even spank them yourself.

Do you have Akira Points? Cohabitation game. Living your life with a childhood friend. Each day she lets you go a little further.

Pretty much any game by CeLaVieGroup. Be warned though, these games have gameplay/grind issues. Read the reviews to get a sense of the problems. Definitely not the type of grind for most people.
