Seeking Games where you rule a kingdom/empire

Looking for sandbox games where you rule your own realm from a position of absolute power. Male MC and male domination are a must, I'll check the rest on the fly as I read your recommendations.

I don't have sandbox games, but I want to contribute in some way to this..

Eiyuu Senki is one of my favorite games, and as a plus is also super wholesome!
MC is very capable in this game (unlike most harems), and is also a playable character in the fighting portions- most scenes are light maledom (if not, it's just normal sex) with the exception of Nobunaga, since she's into bondage- heavy male dom here.

not a sandbox. but in later parts you can do things in free-ish order, go see/do orc-kingdom republic first, or let's first visit elven king queendoms, or, or, ...
In the end, you'd do the same (all) stuff anyways before advancing the plot.

well, there's also Ivan, ruling Russia by sadism

Evalia: The Lust Kingdom is a sandbox where MC is pronounced the ruler of a sex-obsessed kingdom. Haven't played it much, so not sure if it has maledom.
