Else, I do not know that Breathe With You, and maybe same is true for others, so maybe tell explicitly what you liked / want.

I would recommend both Life With a Slave -Teaching Feeling and The Runaway Girl and Me . These both have some of the slice of life elements like feeding/taking care of the girls and gives you the option to develop a romantic bond over time
