I remember that Girl Life ECV had a storyline (actually kind of rich one) where main character (Sveta) can find a mistress who takes her for a training. Sveta is not literally enslaved, but has to visit the mistress regularly, otherwise she will be found and punished. Overally, game features slow corruption and sub/dom stat regardless of this storyline - so it may be close to what you want.
