Seeking Games which have repeatable impregnation scene? plus birth

Since I have played summertime saga before and I really liked it. Especially impregnation and birth system. After completing game, I have seeked tons of games which has simillar system, but i couldn't. There were lots of good games of course, such as mythic manor and taffy tales etc. However, not exactly same so that couldn't fulfill my desire.

ANY Recommandation would be great but since i don't hope to play text-based and rpgm games.
Plus, after birth, kids don't have to appear in games like corrupted kingdoms.


+ I really liked to play breeders of nephelym also

Malina Shaw, but grindy but you get knocked up if u don't have protection or get raped etc , and the pregnency takes about 1 week in game all the while Malinas body starts changing



Summertime saga , "Mayor not-Trump"s wife and daughter cam be continually knoked up and their bodies change
