Seeking Games with 3D renders that have some actual gameplay

Hey everyone

So I'm looking for some good games with 3D renders that have some actual gameplay to them. Nothing spectacular of course, but it would be fun to have some RPG elements like stats you can increase. But also just being able to go to different rooms and enabling events is what I like. Games that I have played like that are:

- Pretty much all of ICSTOR's games
- Man of the House
- The adventures of Willy D
- The Deluca Family

I've played both the man of the house and the Deluca family and above have mentioned some of the 3d rendered games with gameplay elements. just wanted to know it's been a lot longer than usual for the DeLuca family update?? Any Info
