A goddess is sealed in the void by an evil god. And the only way she can escape is by voluntarily giving up her divine powers and becoming the concubine of said evil god. So the game starts out with the fem protagonist defiant but after waiting 100 years in emptiness, she finally caves in.

A very powerful and defiant demoness gets defeated over and over again. Each defeat makes her weaker. After a set amount of defeats she can have a conversation with the labyrinth itself which successfully convinces her that her rightful place is as a breeder for the monsters in the labyrinth and she submits to her fate.

You get the idea. Defiant fem protagonist getting her will broken to the point of eventually submitting to the big bad.

Are there any other games like that? If you actually look at the games I've listed, they're really short rpgmaker games so... yeah. Looking for some higher quality ones.

Emphasis on fem protag. I am not interested in mail protag trainer games and the like.

In Naked Ambition, how defiant the princess is is and to whom/whether she submits depends your choices and RNG. No "big bad" though.

SKA is going in that direction with the corruption route focused on slow brainwashing, it's at 50% progress.

Fashion Business has plenty of opportunities for the bitchy MC to give in to blackmail and such, her being exploited by scumbags is kinda the core premise.

These games may/probably have what you're looking for, I just haven't played them that far.
