Seeking Games with a female robot/android protagonist

As the title says I'm currently trying to find games that have a female protagonist and said protagonist is a robot or android or something like that, there isn't exactly a tag for robot/android protagonist so I'm asking here if anyone has any good ones.

Haydee might be of interest to you. Apparently not quite XXX (still lewd though) but, even though i've never played, i'm very well aware of it's existence since the main character has been lewded a lot (she's a thick ass cyborg). Also apparently has a ton of mods to make even lewder.

Has a sequel, but in that one she seems to no longer (or yet?) be a robo-girl.
