just in case someone walks in on you, some games have a dedicated button to hide the screen or change the title of the program
just here sharing some games ive found with a panic button:

9-nine, press P and the program's icon changes into paint and the word 無題 meaning 'untitled' pops up

Isn't the fact that you've your hand on your dick a bigger issue than what's on your computer screen ?

This being said, I don't understand that need for a panic button. Don't you have some privacy at home ? Don't people knock on the door before entering, and wait if you answer with something like "an instant please" ?
Of course, this don't necessarily apply to your girlfriend/boyfriend/spouse, but if you feel the need to hide her/him that you play adult games, there's bigger issues than playing adult games. In fact, all the scenario that cross my mind and in which such button would be needed, demonstrate of bigger issues. Whatever a lack of privacy from your parents/sibling/roommates, a lack of trust and transparency in your couple, a lack of education of your children, the fact that you play at works, or the fact that you play in a partly public place, all this are bigger issues than playing an adult game.

And, anyway, if you've the time to move the mouse and click on the panic button, you've also the time to move the mouse and minimize the window. And at worse there's Alt F4...
