I am seeking 3d (ideally anime-like) eroge games where you can have sex with females while they are pregnant, and be the father/protag. I feel like I've seen mods in some games like Koikatu or Summer Sacrifice or whatever, but I am looking a little bit further for ones where you can create the appearance of the heroine/take pre-established models and have animated sex with them while pregnant, possibly even in free h-mode.
I don't mind Mad Island, but that's constantly in progress/not exactly the target.
