Breeders of the Nephelym (upgrades to camp which unlock new features and progress)
Slaves of Rome (expansion of dungeon)
Wicked Island (basic base building)
Carnal Instinct ("player camp" with unlockable customization)

I don't remember if there was home improvement, but in MIST you can do a few things. Protecting your garden, a bathhouse and a basement, etc.
