Are you looking for "restraints, leather/latex fetish wear and sex toy punishments" or "Safe, Sane, Consensual" actual BDSM play? The former you can find some of in almost anything with rape themes depending on how far you stretch your definition of "gameplay" (Trap Quest has a nice selection of outfits and everything wants to rape you but you need to either cheat/savescum or really like roguelikes) but I don't think I've seen any consenting BDSM outside of VN-style scenes usually within a larger less focused game.
