I've been on this forum from a while and I've played dozens of games but nothing that really got my attention storywise. I'm looking for story and character driven games with mystery and thrill elements in it.
A very good example of story and character driven game would be bad memories by recreation it has all the elements of a captivating and interesting story I'm looking for. it has mystery, humor, thrill and lots and lots of characters progression.

Karawa Shoujo
A mother's love
And many more popular ones.
