In Daily Lives of My Countryside, the MC's aunt still thinks of the MC as a kid, so she lets him do things like sleeping in her bed at night, taking baths with her, taking her clothes off to massage her, etc. So because the Aunt thinks of the MC as still a child she doesn't see the intimate things he is doing as sexual.
