I'm searching for a game or two that has wide variety of clothes customization and an open sandbox world. ( Something along the lines of 'The Fixer' )
Pls exclude games that contain the gay/ yaoi tags!

Otherwise I think there are plenty of games that feature conventional outfit systems, although not the types that you can mix and match yourself, and also most aren't exactly sandboxes. Perhaps https://f95zone.to/threads/little-braver-final-anmitsuya.28243/ could fit the criteria, otherwise maybe some of the early Acerola games if you're ok with simple outfits?
