Seeking Games with clothing theft?

I'm looking for games with some sort of NPC clothing theft system.

1. Your character can repeatedly steal clothing from NPCs (i.e. not a one-time, plot related thing)
2. NPCs can't wear clothes that have been stolen (unless taken back or replaced)
3. (Optional) The NPC reacts to the lack of clothing
4. (Optional) The NPC is redrawn without stolen article of clothing

The only game that I have found with a system like this is Corrupted Academy. You can go to student's houses and confiscate clothing that violates dress code. I assume WTM Academy and Examination Day have similar mechanics, but I haven't played.

Honorable Mentions:

• Course of Temptation - You can occasionally steal panties, but AFAICT, it isn't persistent.
• Lab Rats Reformulate - You can demand someone's panties, but if the NPC redresses, the panties will reappear.

In EraTohoTW (Link somewhere in the thread of EraTohoK's thread) you can steal girls' panties, either during stopped time or during sex - although they'll have new ones the next day. The girls will react to the stealing during timestop and even start to suspect you if you keep stealing while they're aware of you being there.

The guide on this forum recommends AnonTW. I'm not sure about the differences, but it apparently mostly comes down to drama between the others and update frequency.
