Customization, management and some side stories with couple of characters could be nice.
I've already tried simbro, porn empire and i think game called quickie something like that

Depends on the type of management you want and how old your willing to go.
Daibanchou big bang age / VenusBlood Frontier = military conquest
Strive for power / Strive conquest = JRPG with prostitutes (text based, very few cg)
Koikatsu / Operation Lovecraft = make your own porn scene
Com3d2 / Slave maker 3 (old) = harem simulator with light money management
BrothelCity = Simcity with nudity
Wizard's Climber = slow burn stat raiser
Karryn's Prison / Ntr timeloop / Village targeted by barbarians = race against time corruption
The Last Soverign = Hardcore JRPG with base/kingdom building and complex character/plot writing.
