Seeking Games with detailed dick creator

So some RPG games etc have very detailed female body stats eg vaginal tightness, breast size, lactation amount etc. But its hard to find games where you can play as male and have the same detail.

Some text games probably have the most detail (eg CoC, TiTS, those life simulator games) and customisation but I've yet to find any visual games.

Any recommendations or known game?

Size Me Up is a recent game which has pretty good customizability. Only downside is that it's an unfinished game in development right now.
