Seeking Games with extensive character customisation

I'm looking for something similar to Koikatu from Illusion Games, but slightly easier to use. Games like Honey Select 2 have super complex ways to change facial features, and I can never get things to look right. I also love styles like

Another one I love personally is Super Deepthroat, with their small modding community which pumps out outfit mods all the time.

I dont think it really counts but Lilith's throne has a shit ton of character customization, atleast in terms of options
The game has no art, you could put your own images for both yourself and your characters if you want
