Fate/Hollow Ataraxia... You can cosplay as Artoria in Cos Ro. Can't link it, but there's Fate/Imouto with (Prisma) Illya and Kuro. Also the untranslated I wanna flirt with Mashu! But it’ll be NTR if I lose~ it looks like a third person shooter.

Not played them, but Fate/Squeeze Order and Click Click Battle with M. Played them, but not sure I'd recommend them Absolute Dream Sex Babylonia and the auto MTL of I wanna flirt with M*sh! But it'll be NTR if I lose~

If a full English translation isn't required there's probably quite a few, definitely some Illya. Don't think it would be allowed here their other game wasn't, but Mantis-X made a Illya/Kuro trainerish game. And there's Suspended Sex Simulator.
