That probably won't be much help short of the game having "babysitter" in the title or something of the sort. Filtering netorare excludes all the games where it's entirely optional or toggled off, as well as all the netorase and netori games because their tags don't exist. School setting is mostly going to give back results where MC is also a student because again there are no tags nor categories for schoolgirl, older man/younger woman, nor babysitter, teacher, father etc.
And dev notes on a game's page (when they even exist) also don't go that deep into detail about what the OP is specifically asking for so he'd have to play the game or ask in its thread to find whether or not the game actually contains what he's looking for.

netorare: MC is cheated on. Usually designed in such a way that the player feels jealousy. The "netorare" tag here on this forum is for this.
netori: Someone in a commited relationship cheats with the MC. The "cheating" tag is for this.
netorase: MC willingly lets their partner sleep with others. The "swinging" tag is used for this.
