Last Sovereign not only has arguably the best story of all the porn games, but I'd say it's one of the best stories in general.

Rance Series has a pretty great world building too, especially Brutal King Rance, but you have to either play really outdated games if you want *full* story (3-5), or just read summaries of most of them. Personally did the 2nd option, and it was still great. One warning tho, the protagonist is one of the worst scumbags in hentai.
