As you saw in the title, I would like to find games with gore and/or death. Mainly if it has a male protagonist. (Doesn't necessarily mean it has to be the player getting hurt)
Raptus isn't super gorey, and its a VN, but its got some good snuff scenes. Banquet of Sadism you torture a girl, buts its not super gorey either. Unfortunately most guro games have a female protagonist.
