1Room and there's a little in Imouto?! Life too, bug fix patch for that you'll currently need for that here. There's a bit in Butterfly Affection but it's not as much of a sim as Teaching Feeling it's more od a vn. You can kind of pat Mizuki's head in Wet Summer Days.

Lot's of head patting in One-Cli/Wankuri but there's no English translation.
