Basically all the STARWORKS games have a homeless route in them. By far I've played 4 of their games. All of them sport a homeless route and even a homeless ending.

I don't really remember any but most games that involve degrading, humiliating and corrupting a character (most of the time women) will have a route like this somewhere. You will have better luck finding that in H-Manga though, you can always read Metamorphosis since that manga has both "homeless men" and "becoming the homeless" topics.
