Seeking Games with Image Packs and Good Gameplay

I have had it with waiting for updates just to get a few scenes.
I am looking for games like PytFall where you can just add image packs with random assortment of images.

It can be anything as long as it has good amount of gameplay: management, CoC style combat and exploration, strategy, puzzles, dating sim.

Yeah, but Conquest shall be much better in a year or two.
Also, try out Lilith's throne or Portals of Phereon.
No haven is really good too but its technical part and performance will drown you in the sea of misery
Tales of androgyny? That woman adores giant pelvises too much, but it is one of the coolest roguelikes I've ever played
Jack'o'nine tail is a mix of grimlight and exquisite man-eating. It's a management game
I think that there are a few other good games which I forgot to mention, but it is not a big deal, I guess
