Seeking games with implant progression

Hard to describe I suppose but im looking for a type of game and maybe folks know something I missed. Basically a game with a forward progression that includes getting characters (mc or otherwise) that includes some kind of BE or increase in breast size. Kind of like having a harem and getting them upsized for your pleasure.

Trap Quest comes to mind, mostly aimed at "predicaments"/noncon but IIRC there's a way to willingly get implants as well.

The furry kitchen sinks usually have some breast alteration, rarely any "progression" though as it tends to be a simple drug or an outright customisation menu.

is something for you. Its not finished yet but has really good progress mechanics if you dont mind clicker games and ofc a lot of breast expansion
